A honeycomb blind, also called a cellular blind, is made of pleated fabric bonded into rows of hollow cells. Seen from the side, the cells look like a honeycomb. The air held in them slows heat passing through the window, which is what sets this blind apart from every other kind.
It folds up into a slim stack at the top of the window and has no slats or wide fabric roll, so it suits small windows, deep recesses and skylights.
