A bracket only holds a rod of the diameter it was made for. Measure across the end of your rod before ordering. Most brackets on this page take a 1-inch (25 mm) rod, and each product page states the size it accepts.
Fit one bracket near each end. As a rule of thumb, add a centre support once the span passes about 1.5 metres (5 feet), and more often for heavy lined or blackout curtains. A rod that sags in the middle needs another bracket, not a thicker rod.
On a track, each hook clips into the heading tape and hangs from one runner, so you need the same number of each. Plan on a hook roughly every 10 to 12 cm along the top of the curtain. To work out how much fabric and tape a window needs, use the curtain fabric calculator.
Yes. Every item on this page ships Pan-India. You can also buy the same hardware over the counter at our showroom in Vidya Nagar, Margao.
Measure the diameter of the rod. Most brackets listed here take a 1-inch (25 mm) rod, and each product states the diameter it accepts. If your rod is thicker, choose a bracket rated for up to 1.5 inches.
A rod is visible and decorative, and suits eyelet or ring-top curtains. A track is hidden behind the heading and suits pleated curtains that hang from hooks and runners. Tracks can be fixed to the ceiling, which helps when there is little wall above the window.
