Zero-delay workshop fitting
The client, an overseas homeowner residing in the Middle East, had been following up remotely via WhatsApp to prepare her holiday home in Raia ahead of her annual vacation. Her priority was a 100% turnkey experience: having her window treatments pre-fabricated and ready for immediate mounting on the very day of her arrival, eliminating any vacation downtime.
The villa bedroom featured ornamental classical wall mouldings directly bordering the window reveal. Any bracket misalignment would interfere with the moulding or leave light leaks around the top valance. Furthermore, since the homeowner was in Dubai until the night before installation, all dimensioning had to be remote-verified with zero margin for error.
Through detailed photo consultations and structural niche dimensioning, we pre-manufactured custom charcoal zebra blinds with high-density UV-repellent fabric. On arrival day, senior technician Nitesh (10+ years exp) completed laser-level mounting inside the recessed wall cavity with zero interference to decorative wall trims.
Millimeter-perfect fit inside the recessed wall niche with zero disruption to the surrounding architectural trims. The dual-layer charcoal fabric filters harsh afternoon glare while offering total evening privacy, earning glowing praise from the overseas homeowner on arrival.

The on-site installation was completed by our senior master technician Nitesh, who has over 10 years of specialized experience in luxury window treatments and custom blind mountings.
Zebra blinds feature alternating horizontal bands of sheer mesh and opaque privacy fabric. Sliding the continuous control chain allows you to align the sheer bands for filtered natural daylight or overlap the opaque bands for 100% nighttime privacy.
