Plan the Power Point First
A motorised track needs a power point near one end, usually inside the pelmet or ceiling recess. In a new home or a renovation, ask the electrician for it before the walls are finished. In a finished room, power can be run in a slim surface conduit. Battery-powered motors are also made for blinds; ask us which suits your window.
