30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your Hitech Home Decor purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received
  • With all original tags and packaging intact
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Custom-made or personalized items (Curtains, Blinds, etc.)
  • Items marked as non-returnable
  • Products showing signs of use or damage after delivery

How to Return

  1. Request a Return: Contact us via WhatsApp at +91 9579542260 or email hitechhomedecor2018@gmail.com with your order number.
  2. Verification: Our team will verify the request and guide you through the return process.
  3. Pack Your Items: Securely pack the items with all original packaging and tags.
  4. Ship or Handover: For Goa orders, we may arrange a pickup. For Pan-India, you'll need to ship it back to our Margao studio.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

For exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hitechhomedecor2018@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • Description of the issue

We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
