Why Bulk from Margao Studio
Konkan Maharashtra and North Karnataka share Goa's coastal climate — salt-air, monsoon humidity, intense UV. Materials tested for Goa work identically here.
Direct Studio-to-Site
No warehouse middlemen. Our team delivers and installs from Margao directly to your project site.
Coastal-Grade Materials
Marine SS 304 hardware, anti-fungal fabric, moisture-proof PVC — tested for Konkan conditions.
Matched Colourways
Every hotel wing gets identical fabric batches. No colour mismatch between rooms 101 and 205.
3–6 Week Turnaround
Standard bulk projects: 3 weeks curtains/blinds, 4 weeks upholstery, 6 weeks full-hotel fit-out.

Bulk-Order FAQs
Do you take home orders in Maharashtra or Karnataka?+
Yes. In Sindhudurg, Ratnagiri, Kolhapur, Karwar and Belagavi we take orders for single homes as well as bulk projects. Send your window, wall or room sizes and photos on WhatsApp, and we quote for the product, delivery and fitting together.
What is the minimum bulk order?+
Minimum 5 units of any catalog item OR ₹1,00,000 project value — whichever is higher. This applies to matched-set curtains, matched blinds, matched sofa collections, matched headboards for hotel rooms, etc. Mixed-catalog project values above ₹1,00,000 also qualify.
How long is the lead time for bulk hospitality projects?+
Curtains and blinds: 3 weeks from confirmed PO. Custom sofas and headboards: 4–6 weeks. Full-hotel fit-out (curtains + blinds + carpets + sofas): 8–12 weeks with staged delivery. Rush production available for a 15% surcharge.
Do you deliver and install, or just ship?+
For confirmed bulk orders in MH and Karnataka, we deliver and install with our own team. Team travels from Margao — accommodation costs (for multi-day installs) are quoted separately and typically ₹1,500–₹2,500/night per team member. For remote sites, we can also ship and provide detailed installation guides + Skype/video support.
Do you require GST invoicing / can you handle B2B compliance?+
Yes — all bulk orders are invoiced with GST (18% on furnishing services, 12–18% on materials depending on HSN code). We can provide proforma invoices for advance payment, PO acknowledgement, GST-eligible tax invoices, and TDS-compliant billing for corporate/hospitality customers.
Can we visit your Margao studio to review samples?+
Yes — please schedule a visit in advance via WhatsApp. Our Vidya Nagar Margao studio has physical samples of all fabric grades, blind mechanisms, carpet pile options, and sofa cushion firmness. Sample visits typically take 1–2 hours and we can prepare specific samples in advance based on your project brief.
What if we need a colour or fabric that's not in your standard catalog?+
For orders above 50 units or ₹10L we can arrange custom fabric weaving through our mill partners (typical MOQ 500m per colourway). For smaller bulk orders, we source from our extended fabric library (~5,000 SKUs beyond the standard catalog). Send a colour reference or Pantone code with your enquiry.
