Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 5 PM IST or on Sundays will be processed the next business day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping Destinations
We ship pan-India to all states and union territories. Same-day delivery is available across major areas in Goa.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. You can track your order on our order tracking page.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with our logistics partners to resolve the issue promptly.
