The office needed heavy-duty commercial flooring that could withstand rolling castor chairs, resist coffee spills, dampen ambient chatter, and allow easy underfloor cable access without tearing up entire carpet rolls.
We installed 50x50cm modular carpet tiles engineered with 100% Solution-Dyed Nylon 6.6 tufted loop pile and high-density acoustic cushion backing. Installed using non-permanent low-VOC tackifier adhesive, any single damaged or coffee-stained tile can be lifted and swapped out in 30 seconds.
