Our Return Promise
We want you to love your Hitech Home Decor purchases. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of delivery.
Return Window
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase (invoice) must be provided
How to Return

- Verification: Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility
- Pack your items: Securely pack the items in the original packaging
- Ship or Handover: Drop off your package or wait for pickup instructions
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the items and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Custom-made or personalized items (Blinds, Curtains, etc.)
- Items showing signs of use or damage
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. Please allow additional time for international returns to be processed.
